About the Role:
As our Casual Concierge / Courtesy Bus Driver, you will provide prompt and friendly service throughout our local community and will be responsible for:
o Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner
o Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
o Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate
o Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
o Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
o Updating details in membership system
o Driving our Club patrons safely to their home via the courtesy bus service
o Driving our members and guests to attend events
o Facilitate cloak room service; and
o Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
Requirements:
o Reception / concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
o Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
o Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
o Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
o Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
o Full Driver's license with clean driving record
o Current First Aid certification, or willing to obtain; and
o Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
