About the Role
Investment management firm going through a growth period and looking for a Business Analyst to sit within their project delivery environment. This role will be working across a range of technology and operational initiatives as they are investing heavily in improving systems, processes and overall business performance.
You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, define requirements and help shape solutions that drive efficiency and better outcomes.
The role offers a strong blend of analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery support, giving you exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change across multiple workstreams.
What's a Typical Day Look Like?
* Engage with stakeholders to gather, interpret and validate business requirements
* Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop clear documentation including requirements, process maps and future-state designs
* Support projects from early discovery through to delivery and implementation
* Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams and external vendors
* Assist with planning activities including timelines, risks and dependencies
* Contribute to testing phases, including UAT support and test case development
* Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems and operations
* Support decision-making through structured analysis including cost, risk and impact assessments
About You:
* Minimum of 3+ years as a Business Analyst in funds, investments or wealth
* Strong capability in gathering and translating requirements into clear, actionable outputs
* Experience working across system or process change initiatives
* Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels in a consultative manner
* Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timeframes
* Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-solving approach
