Key Responsibilities
* Source buyers and generate new business opportunities
* Conduct buyer appointments and open-for-inspections
* Liaise with brokers, accountants, solicitors, and referral partners
* Source, inspect, and shortlist properties
* Arrange quotes with trades and property stylists
* Maintain and update client details in the CRM system
* Communicate effectively with clients and respond to all enquiries
* Report key performance indicators to the Principal
* Assist with the preparation and processing of sale files
* Manage social media and advertising campaigns
