Job Description
The NA SSC Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the North America Finance SSC business processes and driving continuous improvement across the NA SSC organization.
* Utilize data analytics, observations, and core CI methodologies to understand and identify improvement opportunities that enhance operational performance.
* Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams, including onshore, shared service departments, business function experts, and offshore partners, to generate innovative solutions.
* Participate in formal proposals for CI projects, securing management approval and providing project updates on completion, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Establish clear implementation plans with objectives, outcome indicators, and performance metrics.
* Identify and secure resources (people, materials, finances) and employee commitment for proactive change management.
* Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Oversee and measure the sustainability of implemented solutions post-implementation.

Requirements
Qualifications
* Prior Experience: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated passion and proven experience in process improvement or a similar role, supporting financial accounting areas such as general accounting, accounts payable, or cash application.
* Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client service orientation, and experience working with cross-functional teams, including outsourced team members across different geographies and cultures.
* Travel Requirements: This CI analyst role is hybrid (mix of in-office and remote work) and may require less than 15% travel.
