Right at Home Gold Coast South is seeking a highly organised and reliable Compliance & Administration Officer to support our General Manager and Senior Leaders across compliance and administration support.

This role suits someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and keeping systems, records, and documentation accurate in a regulated environment.

This is a support role, not a management position. You will not be responsible for compliance decisions or governance, but you will play a critical role in enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain compliance registers, records, and documentation
* Coordinate audit preparation and support internal and external audits
* Maintain policies, procedures, templates, and document version control
* Manage document storage across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint)
* Track renewals, licences, contracts, and key compliance dates
* Maintain registers for suppliers, and contracts
* Prepare reports, summaries, and background material for senior leaders
* Provide administrative and project support to Quality, Care, and Clinical teams
* Support risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities

About You

* Highly organised, detail-focused, and reliable
* Comfortable working independently within clear direction
* Strong administration, coordination, and documentation skills
* Confident using Microsoft 365 and digital systems
* Professional, calm, and discreet with confidential information

Experience & Requirements

* Experience in administration, compliance support, or office coordination
* Experience in aged care, disability, health, or community services is advantageous
* Relevant qualifications welcome but not essential
* Australian work rights and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver’s licence preferred
