This position involves technical compliance knowledge and development to support a Self-Insurance unit.
* Train new and existing team members on our Self-Insurance systems.
* Engage with platforms to attend training and build training for Allianz.
* Assist in reviewing data errors and audit findings.
* Attend regulatory workshops and events.
* Feed learning back to the Self-Insurance team.
About Your Responsibilities
* Develop and provide training on specific IMPs and RTW plans.
* Evaluate claims to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
* Review portfolios to ensure accurate workflows are in place.
* Track remediation plans and ensure requirements are met.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
* Proficiency in Solv, Figtree, and SIMS systems.
* Familiarity with SIRA guidelines and compliance requirements.
