Role Overview
As a Full‐Time Depot Assistant you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers to sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers.
* Sort recyclable items into their correct categories.
* Transport items to the relevant storage area, using forklift or manual handling as needed.
* Ensure customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire repeat visits.
* Cash handling.
* Ensure staff adhere to all health and safety procedures and highlight any hazards, faults or risks.
* Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have
* Previous customer service, hospitality or retail experience.
* Experience with Excel and Outlook.
* A great "can do" attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions.
