Annandale State School is seeking a Deputy Principal for Prep to Year 2. This role is temporary full-time until 19 September 2025, unless otherwise determined.

The Deputy Principal for Prep to Year 2 is a key leadership position supporting curriculum implementation, transition, and community engagement in the early years. The Deputy is part of a supportive leadership team that works collectively to build an inclusive and welcoming environment from Prep to Year 6. Strong communication skills, along with the ability to set clear expectations and develop shared accountability, are essential for success.

About The Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal when required.
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical activity.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
