About The Company:
Our client is a specialist supplier of Electronic Fire Systems and Fire Rated cabling products to Installers and Wholesalers. They are a energetic, fast-growing, independently-owned business.
About The Opportunity:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist with internal sales and the company's overall growth. Previous experience in the fire/electrical industry is not
essential as full training on the product range and CRM will be provided.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
Receive and process all inbound sales enquiries
Proactively assess the customers' product needs
Generate sales quotes promptly and accurately
Manage and follow up on customer enquiries & outstanding quotes
Manage client relationships by providing responsive customer service and support
Record & maintain sales & customer information in the company job system
Quoting and sales support to sales representatives as and when required
About You:
Excellent communications skills and professional telephone manner
Good relationship-building and customer service skills
High attention to detail with solid organisational skills
Strong computer skills
