Seeking a skilled Baker/Pastry Chef to join our multi-site team!
Job Overview
* A dynamic role that involves working across three bakery locations, providing opportunities for growth and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with Bakery Managers to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of the bakeries.
* Prepare high-quality products according to established recipes and yield guidelines.
* Maintain a safe work environment in line with OHS/WHS and food safety & hygiene standards.
Requirements
* Qualifications or trade experience equivalent to a Certificate III in a fast-paced retail bakery setting.
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Ability to drive long distances and be away from home 1-2 nights per week.
* Flexible approach with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
