An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner – Dialysis to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Melbourne.

The Role
In this autonomous and highly rewarding position, you will play a key clinical leadership role in delivering advanced dialysis care. You will work closely with nephrologists and the broader healthcare team to support patients across the continuum of renal services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing advanced clinical care and management for patients requiring dialysis
* Assessing, diagnosing, and managing complex renal conditions within scope of practice
* Leading and contributing to service development and clinical excellence initiatives
* Supporting and mentoring nursing staff
* Driving patient-centred outcomes and best-practice care delivery
About You
You are an experienced and confident Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in renal/dialysis services, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes.
You will bring:
* Current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner (AHPRA)
* Strong clinical decision-making and leadership capabilities
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
