How will you help us achieve our goals?
As Hotel Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational efficiency of all front office areas during your shift, ensuring that each guest's journey is memorable. Working closely with the Front Office & Duty Managers, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, focusing on brand standards, guest satisfaction, and effective problem handling. You will welcome guests upon arrival, engage with them meaningfully to ensure their needs are met, respond promptly and gracefully to feedback and complaints, and build lasting relationships that enhance guest satisfaction.
As a dedicated people leader, you will conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are clearly communicated. You will supervise front office operations including maintenance of guest information, compilation of occupancy statistics, supervision of group bookings, and assistance with escalated complaints. Your cashiering responsibilities will include overseeing cash handling and banking procedures, dealing with irregular payments, instructing staff in credit policies and security procedures, and preparing reports.
What you will bring to the table!
* At least one year of supervisory or GSA experience
* Strong supervisory skills, with meticulous attention to detail
* Bachelor degree/diploma in hospitality/hotel management (or currently studying) preferred
* A desire to step up into relief Duty Manager shifts as required
We value self‐motivated team players who are resilient, flexible, and adept at multitasking. Fluency in English and the local language is mandatory, with additional languages preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective guest interactions. A solid knowledge of the local area to provide valuable recommendations to our guests is essential.
