As a Contract Operations Coordinator you play a critical role ensuring we have contractors all across Western Australia that can rescue our members when they are in need at the side of the road.
This role will see you finding new contractors that can go out to our members across regional and metro WA, helping with contract and pay negotiations and ensuring the contractors are delivering the service we expect as an extension of RAC.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Roadside and Operations Support Manager and working in a fast-paced team environment, the role encompasses an array of responsibilities within the contractor management space, including:
4. Strong relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders as well as developing new relationships through research
5. Management of service delivery models & contract compliance - ensuring our contracts are delivering against KPI's
6. Dispute resolution & Risk management
7. Oversight of operational matters
What are we looking for in you?
In addition to sharing our values and behaviours with passion, to be successful in this role you will have:
8. A strong understanding of operations within a contractor model with previous experience in a contractor/operations management environment being highly regarded
9. Proven interpersonal relations, demonstrated in liaising and building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
10. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally including a high level of attention to detail
11. The ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
12. Flexibility to travel to across WA when required (warning is given in advance)
13. Current WA driving licence is essential
14. Demonstrated ownership and accountability
15. Practical experience in Microsoft Office and general system applications
16. Diploma of business (or equivalent) is desirable
17. Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety is desirable
