This is an exciting opportunity to work as a People and Quality Coordinator. The primary purpose of this role will be to administer the Quality and OHS Management Systems and to support in the coordination of in-house learning and induction programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure document and version control for workflows, procedures, and work instructions.

* Construct and review flowcharts and associated documentation.
">
* Support in the administration and coordination of internal and external audits.
">
* Support the People and Systems partner in the implementation and testing of new processes.
">
* Evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
">
* Communicate with key stakeholders.
">
* Work closely with other departments to resolve non-conformances.
">
* Schedule training activities and maintain records.
">

Requirements
">
">
* A high level of attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement.
">
* Proven experience in producing and controlling records, process maps, and documents within an ISO/Quality framework or regulated environment.
">
* Tertiary qualification and at least 2 years' experience in administration.
">
* Advanced ability with Excel and Microsoft products.
">
* Confidence in using new software and adapting to changing systems.
