We are seeking a seasoned cost control leader to oversee and enhance cost management practices across a diverse portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial transparency, governance, and strategic insights that support informed decision‐making.
* Lead and develop a high‐performing cost control team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
* Drive consistent and transparent cost control processes across all projects and programs.
* Strengthen governance and contract oversight through risk reflection and financial alignment.
* Champion digital transformation by implementing scalable tools and ensuring data integrity.
* Provide strategic cost insights and reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Support portfolio‐level change management and maintain alignment across controls disciplines.
* Promote continuous improvement through process refinement and automation.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to enhance reporting and cost modelling capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
* Proven experience in leading cost control functions within large‐scale portfolios or infrastructure programs.
* Deep understanding of cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Strong capability in contract management, risk reflection, and financial governance.
* Proficiency in digital tools such as PPM systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret complex cost data and deliver actionable insights.
* Experience in driving process improvement, automation, and standardisation.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to coach and develop team members to build commercial and technical capability.
