About The Role
* Assisting with laundry services, ensuring infection control and laundry practice standards
* Maintaining adequate standards of hygiene and tidiness when cleaning residents' rooms, community and public areas, kitchen and laundry
* Assisting with catering tasks such as preparing food and beverages and maintaining supplies
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Aged care experience preferred
* Good communication skills
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Professional presentation
* Flexibility with shifts (to cover teammates when they are sick or on leave)
* A current Food Handling Certificate is required
* Previous work in Aged Care or healthcare is essential

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
