Job Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all staging equipment and providing technical support for performances and productions.
* Hands-on technical assistance to ensure successful live events;
* Promoting collaboration across disciplines such as rigging, lighting, and staging;
* Guiding students in the safe and effective use of theatrical systems and best practices;
* Maintaining equipment and developing training resources;
* Collaborating with colleagues on innovative production methods.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing rigging structures that meet human flying safety standards;
* Proven track record in managing stage sets and machinery uploads, constructions, and operations;
* In-depth understanding of workplace health and safety legislation, risk management, and compliance in live production environments.
