Our Hervey Bay Windows & Doors branch supplies high‐quality aluminium window and door solutions for residential and commercial projects, and we are seeking a motivated and organised sales professional to join our team.

The RoleWe are looking for a driven, customer‐focused Sales Representative to help grow our presence across Hervey Bay and surrounding areas. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and support the successful delivery of window and door projects. You will also identify new business opportunities to increase market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual Windows & Doors budgetStrengthen the G.James brand within the residential windows and doors marketCollaborate with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to meet business objectivesPrepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports for managementDeliver professional and responsive customer service to support project requirementsBuild and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersGenerate detailed project quotations using specialised estimation tools, ensuring high precision and daily responsiveness to client inquiries

About You

Proven experience in the windows and doors industry (essential)Confident using business systems, including Microsoft Office; experience with V6 quoting software is preferredAble to create, interpret, and analyse reports to support business needsClear and respectful communicator who adapts messaging to different audiencesCustomer‐focused with a proactive approach to follow‐up and continuous improvementCollaborative team member who contributes to a positive workplace cultureHolds a current Australian driver's licence
