About the Role
As a Trainee Sales Manager, you will be developed into a leadership role through hands-on training and mentoring. You will work closely with senior management to learn all aspects of dealership operations and sales management.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with daily sales operations and targets
* Supporting and motivating the sales team
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Managing enquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations
* Learning stock control, pricing, and reporting
* Contributing to marketing and promotional activities
* Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
This is a structured development role with clear progression into a Sales Manager position for the right candidate.
About You
