As a Property Manager, you will be entrusted with the management of a residential portfolio. Your role will involve delivering superior service to clients and contributing to the continued success of our property management division.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage an established property portfolio with autonomy and accountability
* Utilise the latest technology and property management software to streamline processes and enhance customer service
* Conduct property inspections, addressing maintenance issues promptly and proactively
* Conducting condition reports, routine inspections, and final inspections
* Managing rental arrears, lease renewals, rent increases, and bonds
* Handling VCAT cases, issuing breach notices, and ensuring compliance with Property Management legislation
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to provide expert advice to clients
* Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring strong relationships are maintained
* Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders and build strong business relationships
* Represent the Company brand and vision at all times

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Property Management
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
* Professional and confident manner
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and team members
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere
* Proficient in using the latest technology and property management software
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices
* Positive approach to change

Qualifications:

* Real Estate Licence with proven Property Management experience (essential)
* Drivers License
* Prior experience managing multiple tenancies
