Key Responsibilities
Across both roles, you will:
Product Development
* Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging destinations, and customer needs.
* Design and develop new travel products and services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Create and manage product specifications, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Supplier and Partnership Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
* Negotiate competitive contracts and favorable terms to enhance product offerings.
* Monitor supplier performance to ensure exceptional quality and service delivery.
Client and Market Engagement
* Act as a trusted consultant, advising clients on destinations, experiences, and accommodation.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to craft engaging promotional content and travel offers.
* Continuously assess market trends to keep products competitive and relevant.
