We are seeking a Concierge for full-time hours, Monday to Friday, at a corporate site in Geelong
This role involves not only concierge duties but also event responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Workplace team to ensure smooth operations.
About the role:
You will manage the office and event areas, maintain cleanliness in the staff kitchen, handle bookings, process client requests, confirm bookings, and manage invoices.
Duration: Ongoing, with potential for permanency
Start: End of June
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (hours may vary slightly due to events)
Location: On-site in Geelong, at corporate offices
About You:
* Strong front office/reception and administrative experience
* Understanding of Boardroom environments or similar
* Experience in supervising or organizing corporate events
* High level of computer literacy
* Self-motivated and able to work efficiently on-site
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
