About the role:
Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you will provide support to the broader corporate team as well as:
· Oversee the claiming process for NDIS services and other revenue streams, ensuring compliance with NDIA systems and price guides, and leading process improvements.
· Act as the primary contact for NDIA price queries, informing stakeholders about price guide updates and their implications.
· Enhance accounts receivable management, including aged debtors reporting and dashboarding for program managers and executives.
· Lead and support cross-functional training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve team capability.
· Conduct general ledger reconciliations, support month-end processes, and identify revenue leakage, reporting risks and insights to executives and managers.
· Drive system integration improvements, including Carelink and Microsoft Business Central, while updating processes for efficiency and consistency.

Do you possess the following qualifications and skills?
· Strong communication and relationship building skills
· Strong understanding of NDIS policies and procedures, with prior experience in the Not-For-Profit sector preferred.
· CPA or CA qualification, supported by tertiary education in accounting or finance.

· NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion
· Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
