The Head of Facilities Management will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the client's portfolio of properties across Sydney.
 * Lead a team of facilities management professionals and collaborate closely with the development team.
 * Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide counsel to key stakeholders, presenting to executive leaders.
Main Responsibilities
 * Assist in managing and being accountable for facilities planning and asset management under the direction of the Director of Property & Infrastructure.
 * Oversee budgeting for maintenance and compliance of the portfolio.
 * Negotiate contracts for subcontractors and relevant services.
 * Manage and mentor a small team of Facilities Managers and Assistants.
 * Foster effective relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
 * Act as the single point of contact for all facilities management matters within the team.
 * Manage service contracts, health and safety protocols, and compliance.
 * Responsible for reporting, budgeting, and identifying process improvements.
Requirements
 * Possess extensive experience in facilities management across multi-site portfolios.
 * A proven track record in negotiating and managing service provider contracts.
 * Project management experience at various scales and budgets.
