Project Manager - Infrastructure Development
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Northern Territory. This role will involve managing projects across various infrastructure sectors, including commercial property, residential and social infrastructure, aviation, ports, transport, water, energy and broader civil works.
Job Description:
As a Project Manager at TSA Riley, you will be responsible for transforming projects and adding real value. You will contribute to end-to-end project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective planning, coordination and execution. You will drive project outcomes, support the development of solutions, and strengthen client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering or related fields (including mechanical & electrical design or trade backgrounds)
* 4-8 years' experience in construction project delivery, ideally across Property sectors (e.g., education, living & aged care, commercial property, aviation, ports, housing) and/or Infrastructure sectors (e.g., transport, water, energy, civil infrastructure)
* Experience within a client-side consultancy or delivering projects on behalf of clients
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
