Currently seeking a Property Manager, this team works well together in servicing beautiful houses and apartments. With extensive support from the directors, leasing team, and admin team, this role will suit someone who is looking to thrive in a busy environment and pass on their experience to internal juniors.

The Role:
- Monday – Friday role
- Managing 190 properties, the portfolio is local to the Inner West
- Leasing consultant/property officer for support – this person does the leasing & ingoings
- Landlords & tenants correspondence
- Repairs & maintenance
- Outgoing inspections
- Arrears control
The Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
- The ability to work well in a team
- We are looking for someone who can train their junior
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license and current certificate of registration
- Strong administration and communication skills
