* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate logistics and manage inventory
* Maintain accurate production and dispatch data
* Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement
* Assist with weekly logistics planning
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* At least 5 years of experience in administration and/or logistics roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Calendar, and Planner
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
* Valid Driver's License
* Experience with Xero Accounting Software
* Knowledge of native plants
* Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems (Evergreen Connect)
* Relevant tertiary qualification
