Role The role is primarily focused on front-end banking and finance and will include a range of matters including corporate finance, property and construction finance, fund work, asset finance, receivables financing and advisory work in multiple fields including PPSA.
There will be opportunities to collaborate with other teams, in particular Insolvency, Property and Corporate practice groups.
You will work with key clients on matters that are significant, complex, and exciting, both cross-border and domestic.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 1–3 years' experience as a banking and finance lawyer, or have a strong interest in pursuing a career in this area of law.
We seek a lawyer who prides themselves on commitment, resilience, and can work independently on matters.
Excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic are required.
