Your new role
The Painter role is a hands-on position responsible for delivering high-quality finishes across a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Working closely with a supportive team, the Painter will prepare, coat and restore surfaces using modern techniques and eco-friendly products, ensuring every project meets the company\'s exacting standards of workmanship, safety and client satisfaction.
Daily responsibilities include surface preparation, application of paints and specialised finishes, maintenance work, and contributing to heritage and high-access projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in residential, commercial or industrial painting
Strong knowledge of surface preparation, application techniques and finishes
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site
Reliable, punctual and able to meet project deadlines
Current driver\'s licence and reliable transport
Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in painting and decorating highly regarded
Experience with specialised finishes such as epoxy, electrostatic spraying or heritage restoration advantageous
