Base pay range A$125.00/hr - A$140.00/hr Direct message the job poster from BLACKROC Recruitment We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT initiatives supporting a major government program. Working within a high-profile environment, you will oversee projects from planning and scoping through to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong coordination, governance, and technical project management capability. You will work closely with technical teams, business units, and external partners to drive outcomes while ensuring compliance with risk management and security requirements. Key responsibilities include: Develop, manage, and implement project plans and schedules in line with agency frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning technical and business stakeholders. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project governance to ensure transparency. Drive delivery of secure, scalable, and fit-for-purpose ICT solutions. Ensure deliverables and milestones are met within agreed timeframes and budgets. Skills & Experience To be successful, you will bring: 5 years’ proven experience delivering technical ICT system delivery projects. Strong knowledge of contemporary project management and governance frameworks. Experience delivering projects within Federal or State Government environments. Demonstrated capability in applying Agile frameworks to ICT project delivery. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting skills. Additional requirements: Australian citizenship is required. Ability to obtain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance. Locations: NSW, QLD, SA, VIC.
