Overview
WAbased civil engineering consultancy delivering civil infrastructure solutions across local government, state agency, mining, and transport sectors. They position themselves as a small team with a flat structure to stay agile and avoid unnecessary red tape while delivering high-quality, pragmatic civil engineering solutions across WA and expanding into resources, land development, and airport sectors.
Responsibilities
* Independently develop and manage Civil3D models under engineering direction, including corridors, surfaces, drainage networks and earthworks.
* Lead the drafting component of projects from detailed design through to construction.
* Project portfolio includes detailed regional and metropolitan road upgrades, MRWA-compliant intersections and transport infrastructure packages, urban road safety treatments, pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction works, floodways, culvert and drainage upgrades, mine haul roads and heavy vehicle access design, and industrial developments.
*Exposure to diverse infrastructure projects across WA, including regional, metropolitan and mining environments.
*Direct collaboration with a small, technically focused team (Principal Engineer, Civil Engineers and Designers).
*Genuine involvement in meaningful transport and civil works from detailed design through construction support.

Requires
Ideally seeking 5 years of experience using Civil 3D in an engineering consulting environment, along with a Diploma in Civil Engineering as a minimum.
