Mobilisation Coordinator
This role presents an opportunity to develop your skills in site management, rostering, and compliance.
* Manage end-to-end site mobilisations for shutdown crews.
* Coordinate the scheduling of casual shutdown workers (Riggers, Crane Operators, HSE Advisors, Truck Drivers).
* Ensure adherence to company standards by verifying tickets and certifications.
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
* Communicate changes and updates promptly.
* Maintain accurate data using internal systems.
* Provide weekend and after-hours support when required.
