We're reshaping Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) by creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring spaces where children thrive beyond the classroom. Our programs operate in 40+ schools across Queensland, South Australia, and Victoria, and we're continuing to grow – with purpose.
We're now looking for a Partnership Manager – SA & VIC to lead business development across these regions, building strong school relationships, securing tenders, and helping us bring our vision to more communities.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Partnerships, you'll drive new business through strategic engagement with government, independent, and Catholic schools. You'll be a key player in identifying opportunities, preparing compelling submissions, and building long-term partnerships aligned to our mission.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and manage a live pipeline of opportunities (tenders, RFPs, and leads)
* Attend facility inspections, complete research, and prepare tender briefs and costing models
* Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to develop winning submissions and proposals
* Represent School Plus at events, conferences, and industry forums
* Foster long-term relationships with schools and key associations (e.g. SACCPA)
* Lead recontracting and account retention strategies
* Provide market intelligence on trends, competitors, and school preferences
About You
You're a people-first professional with strong business acumen and a passion for making a difference in education. You bring strategic thinking, great communication, and a hands-on approach to building growth.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in business development, partnerships, or client engagement
* Understanding of school procurement, tenders, or the education landscape in SA and VIC
* Strong relationship management and influencing skills
* Confidence working independently while collaborating across departments
* A values-aligned mindset with a deep commitment to child advocacy
