About The Role
* Establishing and nurturing client relationships to gain insights into their insurance needs and offer proactive, personalised advice and solutions.
* Identifying and capitalising on new business prospects by recommending the most suitable options to clients.
* Delivering comprehensive insurance proposals to clients and negotiating terms and premiums on their behalf.
* Managing insurance applications and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
* Overseeing renewals, credit control, and essential reporting for the client portfolio.
* Collaborating with insurance underwriters to secure quotes and negotiate terms to benefit clients.
* Implementing renewal and brokering strategies tailored to the unique requirements of clients as needed.
Skills & Experience
* At least 3 years experience in insurance broking or a similar role
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
