The Prospect
We are on the hunt for skilled and motivated Qualified Carpenters to join our high-performance crew, working on the installation of commercial-grade fencing and gates. This is an excellent opportunity for either experienced senior carpenters seeking stability and a steady pipeline of work, or apprentice-completed carpenters looking to step up into a leadership role.

- Work a steady Monday to Friday schedule (typically 6:30am–3:30pm), with only the occasional Saturday — paid at an additional hourly rate.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Read and interpret site plans and shop drawings to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- Carry out precision measuring, cutting, and assembly using hardwood, treated pine, aluminium, and steel posts.
- Operate a range of tools and machinery, including drop saws, nail guns, post hole diggers, and augers, to install commercial fencing and gates to spec.
- Ensure proper site set-out and levelling with laser levels while working closely with a skilled, supportive crew.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- White Card (Construction Safety Induction)
- Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Strong technical carpentry skills with proven experience (commercial carpentry, decking, formwork, fencing, etc.)
- Own standard carpentry tool kit (company provides PPE, uniform, and specialty tools)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety
