The Business Architect will design and evolve business capabilities aligned with organisational strategy, working closely with senior executives and enterprise architects to deliver integrated outcomes in the aged care service and digital landscape.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Clarify business strategy and translate it into actionable initiatives, investments, and KPIs
* Develop frameworks for end-to-end services and strategies to improve user outcomes and cost effectiveness
* Align business and IT functions, reimagining technologies to drive innovation and avoid duplication
* Create and maintain relevant artefacts including:
o Aged Care Value Streams
o Business Capabilities
o Service Models
o Solution and Standards
o Business Partners
* Lead the integration of business solutions within reform contexts
* Work with enterprise architects on reference architectures and strategic planning
* Maintain separation of function from Business Analysts and the Business Change Office
* Apply TOGAF and other business architecture frameworks
* Conduct analytical assessments of business processes and systems
