* Supporting Senior Management: Assist with stock management, day-to-day operations, and ordering to maintain seamless kitchen flow.
* Mentoring and Developing Talent: Guide and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and contribute to a strong team dynamic.
Key Qualifications:
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record as a Sous or Senior Sous in a high-volume, high-quality venue.
* Cool Under Pressure: Maintain composure and focus during peak periods, keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
