You will need to demonstrate an ability to work well under direction, in a team environment; autonomously to complete tasks to deadlines, show outstanding client focus and service and above all, a desire to assist the team as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities
Leasing inspections and negotiations
Routine inspections
Bond vacate and PCR inspections
Preparation of tenancy agreements
Correspondence preparation
Client liaison and managing client relationships
Checking and approving lease applications
Property Maintenance
Qualifications
Experience in Property Management and Leasing
The ability to meet deadlines
Highly organised and strong attention to detail
High level of initiative and self-motivated
Works well under pressure
High level of computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
Hold a current Certificate of Registration
Valid driver's licence
Well-spoken and well presented
Fast and accurate touch typing skillsHigh level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
Ability to work a part of a team
Certificate IV in property service
