Administration Officer Role

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to support our daily operations at a aged care facility.

* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Managing requests, concerns, and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within financial, human resource, and other systems.
* Supporting hiring and onboarding activities for the service.
* Utilizing mainstream software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, with intermediate to advanced skills required.

The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and experience with MS Office and Database applications. A degree in Administration or Business is desirable but not essential.
