About the Role
As the Centre Director, you will:
* Set the Standard: Oversee the setup and daily operations of the centre, Develop a quality educational / Kindergarten program / Document the delivery of the educational program and ensuring adherence to our company's policies and procedures.
* Build a Team: Recruit, lead, and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional early years education.
* Promote Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain families, ensuring high occupancy and community engagement.
* Manage Resources: Handle staff rosters, budget decisions, and operational needs effectively.
* Foster Relationships: Create strong connections with team members, parents, and the broader community to build a positive reputation.
What We're Looking For
* Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
* Experience: Proven knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework
* Clearances: Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis)
* Training: Up-to-date Mandatory reporting, Safe Sleep, and Food Safety Training
