* Identify potential sales opportunities and conduct property appraisals
* List and market properties to meet client needs
* Bilateral relationships with clients to understand their current & future requirements
* Achieve targets for sales, listings and appraisals
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Knowledge of the Tasmanian agricultural sector
* A proven sales record in a related industry
* A Property Representative Licence or ability to obtain one
* A passion for interacting with people
* Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
* Effective time management with flexibility to work varied hours
* Proven business development and marketing skills
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
