Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of top-tier facilities management services across designated school properties.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, overseeing maintenance plans and driving compliance while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead subcontractor management and ensure quality, safety and value
* Deliver services aligned with KPIs and contractual obligations
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance with WHS and legislative standards
* Manage site safety inductions and routine maintenance plans
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience in facilities management, maintenance engineering or asset maintenance
* Strong understanding of WHS and FM systems
* Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
