Process Optimization Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Engineer to ensure process optimisation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across our Mardie Salt Operation.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee all testing, analysis, and laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Oversight of laboratory instrumentation, testing methods, and quality control systems
* Process control and optimisation methodologies
* Safety and environment management systems
Requirements
The successful candidate will hold:
* Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in metallurgy or mineral processing, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role demonstrating strong technical expertise and effective people management skills
