Here at Mars Wrigley, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Development Analyst to join our Sales team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Development Director – COLES LARS, this role is essential for maintaining a good working relationship between the wider Coles LARS Team and our Co-Pilots in Finance and Accounts Receivables, enabling prompt resolutions when needed.
This position is responsible for the prompt and accurate processing of customer claims, including validation of claims, regular accrual maintenance/closures, and ensuring that the COLES LARS Team complies with all Governance requirements for their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build mutual working relationships with Finance & Accounts Receivables.
* Manage the Outstanding Deductions Register (ODR) adhering to KPI targets.
* Maintain low volume/balance of aged accruals.
* Assist with Promax PX maintenance and periodic financial reporting for Coles, Kmart, Aldi, Costco, and Trad Value.
* Communicate escalations to Line Manager regarding inaccurate claims received from customers.
* Handle dispute resolution with the team.
* Maintain customer administrative tools and systems, including COLES LARS Online Portals, and set up new lines for subsidiary customers.
* Participate in operational meetings, including analysis for new customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Tertiary qualifications with around 2 years’ experience in industry, preferably FMCG sales.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data volumes and derive insights.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information, setting targets, and holding others accountable.
