Based at our busy Port Fairy Library, this position consists of 3 hours each Saturday morning. Previous customer service experience essential, previous library experience desirable but not essential. Duties involve: Providing our patrons with excellent service, supporting the Branch Officer in daily duties, and the potential to assist with organisation and delivery of library programming. Suitable for students, or those looking for regular Saturday morning work.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focused and responsive to community needs.
Desirable
* Experience in promoting library services and programs
Key selection criteria 1
Skilled using and assisting others with technology, ability to learn and use library management software.
Key selection criteria 2
Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key selection criteria 3
Experience working in Libraries and/or qualifications recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA)
