You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, events, marketing, web developers and more to ensure we execute our campaigns efficiently and continuously optimise performance.What You'll OwnMarketing OperationsOwn and optimise our HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub) including workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages, custom properties, reporting and moreCollaborate with internal our tech team to ensure seamless integration with our Salesforce CRMCreate and manage marketing automation journeys (e.g. delegate communications, event follow-ups, gated content flows, re-engagement)Ensure lead capture, routing, and attribution are working flawlesslyPartner with Demand Gen Managers, Sales and SDRs to improve campaign > pipeline > revenue alignmentManage the marketing tech stack, optimising and identifying tools to improve performanceWeb & Digital InfrastructureManage and update website landing pages, forms, thank-you flows and content using WordPressBrief and QA web developers for more advanced or custom buildsImprove page speed, conversion paths, and UX on high-value pagesEnsure all tracking (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is properly implementedReporting & InsightsBuild dashboards and campaign performance reports for key stakeholdersMonitor and analyse key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, email performance)Support attribution analysis and pipeline forecastingSupport Demand Generation, Events, and Product Marketing with campaign execution and asset productionAct as an internal consultant on campaign operations, lead journeys, data hygieneMaintain marketing ops documentation and train others in best practice useOwn the marketing calendar and project timelines to drive alignmentWhat Success Looks LikeCampaigns are launched faster and with greater precisionSales have confidence in the leads and insights provided by marketingEmail database is healthy and optimised for deliverabilityReporting is trusted and used to guide decisionsWebsite performance improves (load speed, form conversion, SEO health)The marketing team runs like a well-oiled machine with alignment on key initiatives and performance metricsWhat You Bring4+ years' experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or growth marketingAdvanced HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub)Working knowledge of SalesforceSolid experience with WordPress or similar CMS platformsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, and lead attributionStrong analytical skills and comfort building reports and dashboardsEye for detail and process improvementBonus: experience working in B2B tech, SaaS, events, or IT services industriesWhy Join ADAPT?Join a growth-stage business with national impact and ambitious visionWork across two high-value and future-focused audiences (Enterprise IT & Tech Vendors)Collaborate with a smart, supportive, and ambitious marketing teamHybrid working and autonomy to improve systems and drive impactFamily-first environment that enables you to be there for the little and big momentsReady to Apply?If you’re a systems thinker who loves making marketing smarter, faster, and more measurable -
