Maternity Relief Receptionist/Administration Clerk
We are looking for a part-time administration clerk for maternity relief starting early 2026 for a period of at least 6 months. This position could extend beyond the maternity leave period for a candidate who is interested in developing their skills in the bookkeeping field.
This is a Monday to Friday position with flexible working hours. Proposed hours for the role would be between 12‑3 hrs a week depending on current workload. School hours would be considered for the right person.
Duties
* Answering phones and reception
* Interactions with clients and government agencies
* General office administration
* Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting staff
Requirements
* Proficient in the Microsoft suite
* Have a high level of organisation
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Have a friendly and professional manner
