You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including Dietitians and Diabetes Educators, to deliver comprehensive care and support to individuals with chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and musculoskeletal disorders.
* Develop and implement evidence-based exercise programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of life
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide coordinated care and support
* Prioritize patient safety and well-being in all aspects of practice

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An unrestricted working visa in Australia
* An Accreditation in Exercise Physiology through Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA)

* Ability to travel to various locations as required
