Sales Director APAC

OneStream is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead the development and execution of sales strategies across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and sales best practices.

The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring growth in revenue, profitability, and market share. This includes identifying and evaluating market opportunities, competitive threats, and customer needs to shape future sales initiatives.

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Key performance metrics (KPIs) will be established and tracked to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on talent development and engagement.

* Evaluate market opportunities and competitive threats to inform sales initiatives.

* Establish and track KPIs to measure sales team performance.

* Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in B2B selling. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders and customers.

">

In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and sales best practices.

Experience working in consultative capacities with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions.

A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving business growth.
