Role Overview:
* As our Client Services Liaison, you'll spearhead occupancy growth by leveraging your network within the organisation and beyond.
* Your role is pivotal in converting leads into residents, delivering exceptional customer service through insightful tours and financial consultations. You would create a pipeline of prospective clients to drive sales through referrers and leads, ultimately converting to placement or refer to other Homes within Geelong or Melbourne.
You will be motivated to build on your existing networks and maintaining beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continual success.

What You'll Need:
* Experience with the AN-ACC funding model
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
* 2024 influenza vaccination
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
* Eligibility to work in Australia
